This is the English version of our Terms & Conditions. The Romanian version is the primary, legally-binding version — see Termeni și Condiții.

Website terms of use

This section applies to everyone who accesses the site, whether or not they place an order. The commercial terms for orders, payment, delivery and withdrawal follow below.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using this site — including by simply browsing it, creating an account, or placing an order — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account and your responsibility

Online orders are placed through a customer account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, phone, delivery address, email), for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, tell us immediately using the details on the Contact page.

Permitted use

The site may be used only for legitimate purposes: finding out about our products and placing orders. It is prohibited to:

• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or place orders without our consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or other users' accounts, or to disrupt their operation;
• transmit unlawful or harmful content (for example malware);
• place fake or abusive orders, or orders with contact details that are not yours.

Intellectual property and content

The texts, photographs, logo, product names, design and other elements of the site belong to AMO Pizza / BRIGHT DABSTER SRL or are used with the rights holders' permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Using the site does not transfer any right in this content to you.

Availability and errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and the information shown (prices, descriptions, allergens) accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. The site may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance. Online orders can only be completed during the opening hours shown on the site. If a price or piece of information is obviously wrong, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, to contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (for example network failures, failures of internet providers or of the payment processor), or for misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example ANPC, the European ODR platform, or the payment processor Netopia). We do not control their content and are not responsible for their policies or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force is the one published on this page. Orders placed before a change remain governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

Commercial terms (orders, payment, delivery)

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by: BRIGHT DABSTER SRL. CUI: 36384662. J2016010338402. Full contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Our role

BRIGHT DABSTER SRL. CUI: 36384662. J2016010338402 is the merchant that makes and sells the products shown on this site (pizza & more) directly — it does not operate as a marketplace, intermediary, distributor, or agent for a third party. The company issues the invoice for every order placed.

3. Products and services

Each product's own page carries a full description of its composition (main ingredients), weight, and allergens where applicable. Orders can be picked up in-store or delivered, per our Delivery Policy.

4. Prices and currency

All prices shown on the site are in RON (lei) and include VAT. The delivery cost, where applicable, is shown separately before checkout, per our Delivery Policy.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online through your customer account and confirmed by email/phone. Payment can be made online by card through our payment processor Netopia, or by cash/card on pickup/delivery. The order amount is charged/confirmed when the order is completed on the site.

6. The amo club program (cashback)

amo club is an optional loyalty program: accumulated cashback is a redeemable balance, not cash or an instrument with independent exchange value, and can only be used to reduce the value of future orders on this site, per the rules shown at sign-up. We reserve the right to adjust the cashback percentage, thresholds, or program rules with reasonable prior notice; a balance already accumulated at the time of such a change remains valid under the rules in effect when it was earned.

An account/phone number may be suspended from the program in cases of clear abuse (e.g. multiple accounts created to exploit promotions). Data processing for this program is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal, and delivery

Order cancellation terms and how to exercise your right of withdrawal are described in our Cancellation Policy (Romanian only at present). Delivery areas, timing, and costs are described in our Delivery Policy (Romanian only at present).

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

For any complaint, contact us directly using the details on the Contact page. If we can't reach a resolution, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) mechanism, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — links available in the site footer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, including Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights and Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
